RETURNS

We understand that it can be tricky when ordering online, therefore we will happily accept returns of any full-priced items for a credit, exchange or refund if the items are shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the terms of our online return policy. Please be aware if items are shipped back outside of this period we are unable to accept these.

Please send an email stating the reason for your return along with your order number to: info@rebe.co.nz

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect conditions with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Any differences from the condition the goods were sent out in will void any refund or exchange. Size exchanges are subject to availability. The cost of shipping for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the garment is faulty or incorrect.

Please note that shipping expenses and any associated duties and taxes related to your purchase are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for a refund. This includes the use of discount codes and flash sales. However we do offer exchanges on sale items depending on stock availability.

We do not take responsibility for any item lost in the process of the return and recommend the parcel be tracked.
