RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We understand that it can be tricky when ordering online, therefore we are happy to exchange your item within 14 business days from dispatch date. Please send an email stating the reason for your exchange to: info@rebe.co.nz.

 

Please choose your item carefully as we will not refund for incorrect sizing or a change of mind, however we are happy to exchange your item.

 

An exchange will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods providing that the product is not damaged and in its original condition (including label, tags & dust bags etc). We do not offer exchanges and returns on sale items.

 

We do not take responsibility for any item lost in the process of the return and recommend the parcel be tracked.

 

Shipping costs for returning an item are at the expense of the customer unless the product received by you is damaged or deemed faulty.

 

Refunds will only be provided if the item received by you is in a damaged condition.  A refund will be processed based on the method of payment at the time of order.
